We have been busy the past few weeks working on our community project to build a new bird hide on Neumann’s Flash. Pod’s hide is in memory of local bird watcher Pete Antrobus, whose colleagues joined us for two days to help build it.
We were delighted that Leader of the Council, Cllr Sam Dixon, and Deputy Leader, Cllr Louise Gittins, were able to spend a morning volunteering with us. During their visit they helped with preparing the path to the new hide.
