All charities in England and Wales that are registered with the Charity Commission are required by the Charities Act to prepare a Trustees’ Annual Report. FoAM’s Trustees’ Annual Report from 1st April 2025 to 31st March 2026 has been prepared using the Charity Commission’s pro-forma.

FoAM’s 27th AGM was held at Comberbach Memorial Hall at 7.45pm on Monday 18 May 2026 The meeting was quorate with 38 people present.
