Ranger Dave James and FoAM’s Chair Alan Redley attended the North West Britain in Bloom Awards presentation event at Bolton Stadium on 20th October and were delighted to receive a Gold Award 2022 for Marbury Park Northwich in the Large Park (LA) Category.
The award is a tribute to Dave, FoAM and all of those who volunteer in Northwich Woodlands.
Back at Marbury, construction of the new bird hide overlooking Budworth Mere has been completed. The fencing, screening and feeding station will be finished shortly and an interpretation panel will be installed.
