FoAM is pleased to announce that it will be holding its next biennial Photographic Competition in 2026. This is a competition for any photographs taken in the Northwich Woodlands. The competition is free to enter and entries are invited from photographers of all ages and abilities.
RULES
Entries can be made in the following 4 categories:
a. Landscape
b. Wildlife (flora)
c. Wildlife (fauna)
d. Work, Rest and Play
Each entrant can submit up to four photographs. These can be all in one category or split between categories in any way.
Entries must be submitted as digital files (TIFF or JPEG) using any of the following methods:
a) Attachment(s) (zipped or not) to email
b) On CD/DVD
c) USB memory stick/flash drive
d) Via the free version of Wetransfer (https://wetransfer.com/)
e) Email with a link to a cloud storage system (such as Google drive, Dropbox etc), but please remember to supply any credentials (user ID/Password) if required to access the files

Please ensure a contact email is provided with whatever form of submission is used so that a confirmation of receipt may be sent.
Your name, address and telephone number must be attached to every submission, together with the category entered. No information identifying the entrant should be visible in the image.
Entries on CD/DVD or flash drive should be placed in a protective envelope marked ‘FoAM Photographic Competition’ and handed in or sent to the Rangers’ Cabin, Marbury Country Park, Comberbach, CW9 6AT.
FoAM will endeavour to produce a print up to A4 size to a high standard but will assume the submitted image file is ready to print without further enhancement.
By entering you agree that you hold full copyright to the images and authorise them to be used by FoAM for any purpose in connection with the competition or for publicising FoAM’s activities.
FoAM will not be responsible for loss or damage to entries.
The closing date for entries is 31 December 2026.
