Notice of Meeting

Notice is hereby given that this meeting will take place on Monday 20th  May 2013 at 7.30 pm in Comberbach Memorial Hall.

The Officers and Additional Committee Members shall be elected at the Meeting in accordance with the Constitution.

Alan Garner has completed his three year term of office as Treasurer and is standing down from the Committee. John Gilbody is also standing down from the Committee. Nominations for the role of Treasurer will be sought at the meeting.

John Ellaby has joined the Committee since the last AGM and will be standing for election along with all remaining members of the Committee.

Other nominations for membership of the Committee are sought from members of FoAM and should be sent to the Secretary.

Copies of the Accounts will be available at the meeting.
